From a manned site to a self-running one, in three steps.

Fit the hardware
Smart locks, door and motion sensors, cameras and a gateway are installed across the units and entrances. addpark works with most existing infrastructure, so a running site does not need a rebuild.

Connect the platform
Units, pricing, opening rules and payment methods are configured once. From that point booking, contracts, payments and access codes are issued automatically to every tenant.

Run it unattended
Tenants book, pay and reach their unit on their own. Operators watch every site from one dashboard and step in only when an alert needs a person.

Everything a storage site needs to run on its own.
Facility protection
Smart locks, motion and door sensors and cameras secure every unit and entrance. Video is analysed for unusual activity and flagged before it becomes a problem.
Access control
Each tenant gets a time-bound code or app key for their unit only. Access is granted, changed or revoked remotely, and every entry is logged.
Process automation
Online booking, digital contracts, recurring payments and dunning run on their own - from first enquiry to move-out, without paperwork at the desk.
